At Urth Tone, we aim to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle delivery within South Africa and to international customers.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.


Please note:

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed, and another email once your package has been shipped.

During high-demand periods (like collection drops or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

 

2. Local Shipping (South Africa)

We deliver across South Africa through trusted courier partners such as The Courier Guy, PUDO, or Fastway.

Delivery time:

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days

  • Outlying or rural areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery fee:

  • Calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

  • Free delivery on orders over R[insert amount].

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid delays.

 

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.
International delivery times vary depending on your location and customs clearance processes.

 

Estimated delivery:

  • Africa: 7–14 business days

  • Europe, UK, USA, and other regions: 10–20 business days

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary depending on your country’s regulations.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and courier link.
You can track your shipment at any time to see its progress.

5. Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occur due to:

  • High order volumes during collection drops

  • Courier or customs issues

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

We are not responsible for delays beyond our control but will assist you in resolving them as quickly as possible.

 

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Urth Tone is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

 

If your package is missing, please contact the courier first, then notify us so we can assist in filing a claim.

 

7. Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing your order, please contact support@urthtone.com within 24 hours.

 

Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer modify the address.
