Refund & Returns Policy

At Urth Tone, we value our customers and stand by the quality of our products. Our Refund & Returns Policy is designed in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) to ensure fairness and transparency.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect; or

You are not satisfied with the product, provided it remains unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Please note:

For hygiene reasons, worn or washed clothing cannot be returned.

Sale items or limited-edition drops may not be eligible for refunds unless defective.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing [your email] with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll assess the claim and offer one of the following:

A replacement of the same item (if available);

A store credit for the item’s value; or
-
A full refund to your original payment method.
3. Exchanges
We allow size exchanges for regular-priced items, subject to stock availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll dispatch the replacement.
4. Refund Processing
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
